Corporate Governance
The company EPICO srl is the head of the Group, has a share capital of € 10M and its registered office in Rome.
Flavio and Valerio Andreoli Bonazzi each hold 50% of the shares.
The company is managed by a Board of Directors composed of 3 members:
PRESIDENT: FLAVIO ANDREOLI BONAZZI
Graduated in Hydraulic Engineering, with PhD in Energy Engineering, he has consolidated his experience in the renewable energy sector in Italy and abroad. As President of EPICO Srl, he assesses investments and defines the growth objectives of the Group as well as overseeing institutional relations and with trade associations.
MANAGING DIRECTOR: VALERIO ANDREOLI BONAZZI
Graduated in Corporate Finance, he has consolidated his experience working for financial and industrial companies, in Italy and abroad. As Chief Executive Officer of EPICO Srl, he directs and coordinates the Group’s economic and financial planning activities as well as overseeing relations with banks, financial operators and stakeholders.
DIRECTOR: PAOLO ANDREOLI
Graduated in Law, he has extensive experience in banking and finance, having long held the role of Credit Manager for a major national banking group.
The consolidated financial statements are audited by Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.
HYDROWATT SpA
40% of Hydrowatt SpA is owned by Cicli Integrati Impianti Primari SpA (CIIP), manager of the Integrated Water Service of ATO 5 Marche Sud. Hydroelectric power plants owned by Hydrowatt are installed on the water pipes managed by CIIP.
