The EPICO Srl company, acronym for ENERGY PRODUCTION INDUSTRY COMPANY, is the parent company. It has a share capital of €10 million, its registered office in Rome and its operational headquarters in Folignano (AP).
Flavio and Valerio Andreoli Bonazzi are the partners of EPICO and each hold 50% of the shares.

As President of EPICO Srl, he evaluates investments and defines the growth objectives of the Group as well as taking care of institutional relationships and with trade associations.
CEO: VALERIO ANDREOLI BONAZZI
As CEO of EPICO Srl he directs and coordinates the economic and financial planning activities of the Group as well as taking care of relationships with banking institutions, financial operators and stakeholders.
CONSIGLIERE: PAOLO ANDREOLI
Graduated in Law, he boasts in-depth experience in the banking and financial sector, having held the role of Credit Manager for a major national banking group for a long time.
